At the very least you can visit friends with cats. I get those symptoms with mainly long haired cats, but I have only had short haired cats. But a little while after Delilah arrived the symptoms began to develop despite her short hair. So I take pills. I have an SBL bag for a grocery bag and another for a swim bag. Delilah, ironically prefers my big travelling flight case but that is because she doesn't want me to go to SBL and thinks if she sits on it she can stop me... unless she comes too and then WATCH OUT!! take the pills Jim, the pills!!!
